WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Director of Business Operations, Global SMB role, based in New York, NY, will lead highly visible projects to ensure the long-term success of our global SMB business. We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial business operations leader or exiting experienced consultant who is interested in shaping the future of our SMB business.
The Director of Business Operations will drive cross-functional growth initiatives focused on a wide range of topics including but not limited to enhancing customer experience, developing and improving our key performance indicators across the business driving partner strategy, gathering SaaS benchmarks to help us operate efficiently, and more.
The ideal candidate will have a broad business background, including experience working with and in B2B software startups. In addition, you must have a track record of delivering strong results working across functions with stakeholders across all levels of seniority and tenure.
WHO YOU ARE
- High productivity: Take meaningful responsibility and initiative for shaping and executing our SMB strategy with limited oversight.
- Structured in thinking and approach: Develop and leverage frameworks to help structure the team’s thinking, facilitate alignment across various stakeholders, and identify 80/20 opportunities to reach insightful, actionable answers without analysis overload.
- Skilled in analysis and presentation: Synthesize complex findings into crisp recommendations; present and defend recommendations to a variety of audiences. Make data-driven decisions.
- An expert at prioritization: Experience (and an enjoyment of!) balancing numerous priorities and demands.
- Team-oriented: Energized by teamwork and skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
- High-energy with a positive attitude: Motivated to work hard and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience at a top strategy consulting firm, investment bank, and/or operating experience in enterprise software or SaaS highly preferred.
- MBA from a top business school preferred.
