Director, Client Growth Operations
The Role
Cedar is improving the healthcare financial experience. Our technology improves the overall experience of patient billing and engagement, enabling providers to thrive in a rapidly changing environment while helping patients understand the cost of their care.
As a Director, Client Growth Ops you will be building and managing Cedar’s new customer success team - the Client Partners team . Key areas of focus will be hiring and creating processes to run the Client Partners team, helping to build and improve processes to scale the team and collaborating with internal stakeholders from different departments to complete client strategies. This role reports to the Head of Client Growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the new Client Partners team to own operational workflows for Cedar’s clients
- Develop the rubric for Client Monthly operating reviews
- Serve as a thought partner for Client Growth on client strategy and meeting preparation
- Serve as an escalation point internally for client support needs
- Collaborate with a variety of departments at Cedar (Implementations, Product, Data Science, and Commercial Strategy) to drive forward cross-functional, client-focused projects
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in account management, customer success, business and/or consulting - minimum 3 years of experience managing a client-facing team
- Proven track record of crafting and rolling out processes to drive efficiencies and scalability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in the tech industry with Enterprise clients
- Ability to go deep to understand and speak to product capabilities
- Demonstrates a self-starter mentality
- Experience working with several internal stakeholders across departments such as product, engineering, and marketing
