What will you do at Nomad?
The Director of Client Operations will be responsible for driving growth and scaling the thriving Nomad healthcare staffing marketplace as we make a dramatic expansion in our client base. As our Director of Client Operations, you will oversee day-to-day operations in critical operational functions for the company. Additionally, as a Director at Nomad, you will be among a core group of company leaders who bear responsibilities that span culture creation and maintenance, leading major cross-functional initiatives, and consistently delivering on company-level OKRs. Further responsibilities include:
● Identifying and building processes and teams that enable Nomad to scale and working closely with the COO and other executives to develop strategy to continue Nomad’s journey to becoming the best-in-class player in temporary staffing
● Managing both individual contributors and managers to develop and scale high-performance teams that are in various stages of development
● Working closely with our product and engineering teams to develop net new product that makes your teams more efficient and Nomad more competitive
● Cultivating and embracing an "all hands on deck" culture
Who will you work with?
As a critical, early member of the Nomad team, you will interact frequently with members of the Management, Account Management, Clinical Operations, Product, and Engineering teams. You will truly be a key leader and have a meaningful impact on Nomad’s success. Your closest relationship will be with the Chief Operating Officer, to whom you will directly report. Together you two will shoulder many of the responsibilities outlined above.
Who are you? You are an energetic, highly personable, detailed obsessed, business driver who thrives helping companies massively scale. Specific skill sets and experiences include:
● 7+ years experience in high growth, fast-paced companies with a clear track record of growing or scaling a business
● Experience managing, motivating, and scaling diverse high-performance teams
● Scrappy attitude, willingness to get your hands dirty
● Empathetic individual who enjoys helping people grow through difficult situations
● Strong interpersonal skills, especially as it applies to coaching and mentorship
● Humble, low ego, and self-aware with a strong desire to win
