About the Role:

  • You will lead the further development, implementation and management of an effective healthcare regulatory compliance program that complies with applicable federal and state laws and creatively works with business to support great member care and company strategy.
  • You will build out a team to execute and build out the compliance program. 
  • You will work with senior leadership to build out V1 of our risk management program.
  • You will lead internal investigations and advice on appropriate mitigation and remediation.

Requirements for the Role:

  • At least 5 years experience in a role directly managing key aspects of a healthcare compliance program
  • Experience with managed care and/or government programs including Medicaid 
  • Experience with provider compliance 
  • Experience leading audits and government investigations
  • Experience designing major compliance program initiatives
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies

  • Building for Scale: You deliver a rationalized framework for how we scale our compliance program for continued growth and lead the build out of our compliance program.

  • Successful Reporting: Employees at Cityblock (Cityfolx) know who is on the compliance team and feel comfortable reporting issues to you and your team (to be hired) through a variety of channels.  
  • Mindset: You lead compliance through the lens of Putting Members First (one of Cityblock’s core values) and are known for balancing regulatory risk with delivering fantastic healthcare to our members. 
  • Cross-functional work: You work closely with legal and risk (in future) teams to manage our regulatory compliance program across the company along a continuum. You work closely with operations to implement complex regulatory programs.
