The Senior Manager, Corporate Travel Partnerships will play a key role in expanding CLEAR’s footprint by managing and driving our distribution partnerships and corporate sales for our consumer airport subscription product. We’re looking for a metrics driven, self-starter who is obsessed with the art of the possible and relentless execution to join us in driving the impact of our platform.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and grow partnerships consistent with CLEAR’s revenue strategy prioritizing one-to-many distribution partners as well as large enterprise clients
  • Evangelize CLEAR’s value and ongoing capabilities to prospects and partners to drive conversion and adoption by organizations and operators at scale
  • Liaise between corporate travel partners and cross functional teams within CLEAR to increase revenue opportunities for CLEAR
  • Manage contract renewals aimed at growing memberships and revenue from our channel partners
  • Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals
  • Partner cross functionally throughout CLEAR to smoothly activate and manage deals
  • Manage partner performance and activities against KPIs
  • Think creatively about ways to increase CLEAR’s value to customers and partners; this will include leveraging the company’s platform to further embed into existing infrastructures
  • Take a hands-on and active role in negotiating and closing deals with customers and partners
  • Work closely with internal teams at CLEAR, and with customers and partners, to ensure that CLEAR delivers products and services which exceed expectations
  • Work to identify and build best practices for your team and others
  • Monitor and report on the business pipeline and on revenue, profit, and key metrics

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in business development/account management (high volume persistence, CRM diligence); operational/execution experience a plus; consulting, product, technical skill-set appreciated
  • Direct experience with travel related partners 
  • Adept at mapping out and building relationships across large, complex, global organizations 
  • Track record of success demonstrated through specific metrics and commercial outcomes
  • Experience using data to identify sales opportunities and improving team performance
  • Self-starter who is maniacally focused on execution, exceeding expectations and building authentic relationships in order to consistently over achieve no matter your task
  • You’re mission-centric and inspired and motivated by performance metrics and KPIs
  • Experience project managing and being the point of contact to business
  • B.S. or B.A. or equivalent experience

We are located in the Chelsea neighborhood on Manhattan's west side. Chelsea is the primary art district within the borough.
