Director of Customer Success

Bizly is building the world’s best way for teams to organize business gatherings. We believe that events should be easy to organize, measurable, and scalable. We have recently signed on several new SaaS clients at the top of the Fortune 100, raised capital from leading strategic investors, and hired some brilliant thinkers onto our team.

We are growing rapidly and looking for our director of customer success.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced customer success professional responsible for:

  • Customer Success Processes: build the "railroad tracks" of our customer success implementation and onboarding process and workflows. You will work with our team to build out a set of scalable assets and workflows that makes our customers shout about how great it is to work with Bizly.
  • Customer Success Operations: take on a few of our big accounts as their customer success lead, and use that experience to create systems and processes that filter down to our customer success managers and help us scale our customer success team. Helping us create alignment and visibility around shared success definitions with customers, and provide transparency to track their success.
  • Adoption, Retention, and Growth: work to help Bizly innovate a system that accomplishes two objectives - making BIzly successful for the organizations we serve; while also achieving widespread adoption across their employee base.
What we are looking for

  • Track Record: we are looking for a proven customer success leader who has played a lead role at a fast-growing enterprise software company.
  • Hands-On and Detailed-Oriented: we are looking for someone who is very comfortable getting into the trenches in the early phases of the role so that we can iterate and grow with precision.
  • Culture Fit: most importantly, we are looking for someone who fits our culture. Must be excited about building a consumerized application for the enterprise, great team player, and deeply enjoys the satisfaction of delivering success. Most importantly, you are a natural leader who can inspire your team members to use empathy, grow, and think big.
