HYDRANT DIRECTOR OF E-COMMERCE

Overall Responsibilities:

You will be owning the P&L of Amazon, Target.com, Walmart.com and other potential e-commerce platforms, collaborating with our Marketing, Demand Planning, Operations, and Creative teams to develop and execute a strategy to rapidly grow our presence on Amazon and additional e-retailers. We have aspirational growth targets, and we want you to be in charge of driving growth to achieve those goals!

Responsibilities

  • Manage the P&L; budgeting and forecasting process, partnering with Finance
  • Define and direct development and management of all eCommerce analytic KPIs
  • Build the eCommerce team (direct and indirect reports) and capabilities to achieve exponential growth
  • Lead development of eCommerce creative (in partnership with Marketing) and integrate marketing and brand campaigns into the eCommerce experience
  • Develop and manage GTM (go-to-market) calendar; meet deliverables and deadlines to achieve strategic and financial goals
  • Analyze reports, present findings, and provide recommendations for areas of growth
  • Manage tracking and reporting of sales metrics and any advertising campaigns

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 6-10 years of Amazon marketing experience
  • Thorough knowledge of Amazon selling practices, procedures and policies
  • Proven record of accomplishment growing eCommerce platforms (must have scaled an Amazon account to +$15M / year in revenue
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and a self-starter
  • Strong understanding of the consumer mindset, the digital environment and competitor landscape
  • Outstanding project management skills with the ability to plan and coordinate workflow
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work under multiple deadlines and deliver exceptional results
  • Highly collaborative and self-motivated
  • Excellent quantitative skills
  • Ability to interpret analyze data to inform go-to-market strategies
