Meeting your future team:

Collibra is looking for a Director of Global Campaign Strategy to join our Global Demand Center team. Reporting to the Global VP of Demand and Field Marketing, you'll be responsible for overseeing and orchestrating our global campaign planning, execution and optimization processes. As a senior member of our team, you’ll help embrace and drive change ensuring our marketing efforts are efficient and continuously optimized to deliver the best results for the business.

Director of Global Campaign Strategy at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Define our global marketing campaign strategy, structure and implementation process to drive efficiency, collaboration and customer-centricity into Collibra’s marketing efforts.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to set clear measurable goals for programs that comprise a campaign (reputation, demand, engagement, enablement), ensuring they are aligned with the company’s communication and revenue goals.
  • Work with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Sales leaders to shape campaign themes, advise on marketing mix and investments for each program and align on implementation plans.
  • Lead ongoing alignment with Global Demand, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications and Product Marketing teams as they execute programs to gain feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Work with marketing operations and analytics teams to measure campaign performance and advise on course corrections needed as campaign execution unfolds.

You Have:

  • Proven experience in driving integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns for a B2B SaaS company
  • Demonstrated success owning the strategy, framework, development and execution plans for global campaigns that target enterprise size companies 
  • Strong command of global and regional interlock with proven experience building integrated campaigns at scale 
  • Strong analytical skills and track record of making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments
  • Strong fluency in G-Suite, Marketing Automation and CRM systems such as Marketo, Demandbase and Salesforce.com, as well as other office productivity and collaboration tools
  • Preferred experience working with the SiriusDecisions Campaign Framework and its implementation process

Reporting to Collibra’s Global VP Demand Center & Field Marketing, measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will have met your primary business partners and you’ll understand our team goals.
  • Within your third month, you will be working with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product leadership teams to build our campaign strategy and implementation plans. 
  • Within your sixth month, you will begin measuring campaign program execution and partnering with the rest of the Global Demand Center team on plans to scale the campaign strategy.
