The Director of Hospitality Operations position is one of the most challenging and impactful roles at Domio. The role bears tremendous responsibility, and it is a rare individual that possesses the diverse mix of skills and experiences required to fill the role.

To be a great DOHO, you must be a master of operations and hospitality, working on delivering an incredible hospitality experience to our guests consistently. You must be a hands-on, results-oriented person and be excited about the idea of what we’re building at Domio. You care deeply about the smallest details because you understand that’s a big part of hospitality - the little things matter!

At Domio You Will:

  • Lead and manage multiple remote Head of Operations/City Managers and their teams to drive quality, service, and financial results
  • Analyze guest feedback trends and assist on-the-ground Operations teams with creating action plans to improve and remove pain points in the guest experience
  • Maintain quality standards across the region
  • Own the P&L that encompasses the entire region
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional senior leadership to ensure the success and growth of Domio
  • Serve as the voice between our city teams and HQ
  • Help scale to our other cities by developing and implementing processes and best practices
  • Foster a culture of delight with team members, guests, and stakeholders

Who You Are:

  • 12+ years of work experience in Hospitality/Operations management in leadership roles
  • 3+ years of experience managing a group of leaders
  • Analytical and data-driven decision making mentality
  • Obsession with the guest experience
  • Proven track record of managing high performance teams and positive financial results
  • Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally to make your region successful
  • Out-of-the-box thinker who will find creative ways to hit growth targets
  • Ability to lead remote teams
