About the team & Opportunity: 

Quartet's Care Options team is responsible for developing and maintaining a high-performing network of mental health care options to meet the needs of patients and populations across all markets. The Care Options team is comprised of 3 primary groups: Strategy and Operations, Mental Health Provider Engagement, and Mental Health Provider Acquisition. 

This position will develop and implement strategy to scale mental health provider acquisition. Managing a team of Inside Sales representatives as well as in-market recruiters to target, engage and onboard provider prospects in each market to meet the needs of the customer/patient population. This role, supported by cross functional partners,  will develop tools, metrics and best practices for provider outreach. Responsible for day to day management and skill development of all team members. 

Accountabilities:

• Develop expertise in mental health provider behaviors, utilize knowledge to build strategic approach to outreach
• Establish metrics and internal tools to track and optimize work
• Partner with cross functional leaders to create opportunities for inbound interest in Quartet
• Participate in data ingestion of prospects to support team operations 
• Utilize analytics to measure and maintain best practices
• Develop talent, track metrics to improve effectiveness and efficiencies

Minimum Qualifications:

• Highly organized, process oriented, multi-tasker
• Experience scaling teams and proven record of building and iterating upon best practices
• Ability to develop and support productive team members 
• Extensive cross functional work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for expanding access to care
• Strong performance utilizing data to drive operations
