More about the role
Ever/Body looking for a Director of Regional Retail Operations to join our rapidly growing company in its earliest stage. In this role, You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a spotless and welcoming environment for clients and improving operation flows to create a better, smoother experience for both providers and clients. You will also be at the beginning of a rapid expansion phase to set up team, protocol, process, KPI, and vendor relationships to scale efficiently. 

To succeed in this role, you must have an entrepreneurial drive, a can-do attitude, obsessive attention to detail, and be adept at solving a variety of challenges, have a high sense of urgency, and have a customer-centric mindset. You will have a lot of room to grow and opportunities for promotion and expanded responsibilities as the store network grows. This position will report to the Head of Sales & Hospitality in the NYC Headquarter.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish operation protocols, processes, and KPIs to ensure a high-end, spotless, and welcoming store environment for clients and staff.
  • Work with Providers and Aesthetic Coordinators to improve operation flow from client check-in, waiting, consultation, treatment, and check-out, to achieve higher utilization rate and client satisfaction.
  • Manage all operational vendor relationships including facility management, inventory and supplies order, equipment leasing. 
  • Work across teams and vendors, act as the Ever/Body main contact/ liaison to plan and execute the new store openings and scale the operation protocols across all locations.
  • Build a small and efficient team of operators as we scale to multiple locations.

What you’ll need:

  • 3-5+ years relevant experience in operations and process management. Experience in high-touch/ high-end retail and hospitality industry is highly preferred (e.g., boutique hotel, high-end spa, high-end restaurants, luxury retail).
  • You’re a lights-out operator and a process-first leader. You’re able to create a structure where there is none. You take initiatives wherever you see an opportunity. You have a track record of setting things up in a scalable way, setting expectations, and motivating a team to deliver against them. 
  • You are a highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial leader who thrives in high-pressure, high-urgency situations.
  • You have a data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment achieved through a strong analytical mindset. You are relentlessly focused on KPIs.
  • Crisp verbal and written communicator.
  • Impeccably organized, with an uncanny attention to detail.
  • Ruthless prioritizer, with ability to adjust priorities on the fly as business needs evolve.
  • Ability to frequently travel in the Northeast region as we scale to support local teams and drive results.
