Reporting to the VP of Growth, the Director of Revenue Operations supports functions essential to sales productivity. This individual will work to drive the overall growth of the organization by improving sales force effectiveness and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization. The Director of Revenue Operations will build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with proven analytical skills and experience managing the functions essential to sales force productivity and end-to-end marketing optimization.

What You’ll Do

  • Planning, reporting, process optimization, SFDC administration, sales forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
  • Support CRO with the territory and quota design process.
  • Liaise between finance, marketing, product, operations, teams
  • Assist sales management with analysis and development of KPIs (including pipeline, marketing campaigns, sales forecasting, budgeting, etc.).
  • Develop sales reports and dashboards to effectively manage and monitor sales team progress against KPI’s.
  • Own the ongoing maintenance and implementation of enabling technologies
  • Provide analysis and suggestions on sales programs and incentives to support strategic initiatives.

What We Look For

  • 5+ years of sales operations experience in a SaaS environment
  • Experience supporting fast-growing Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams
  • Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline improvements; Excel & Business Intelligence tool wizard
  • Thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with the ability to work effectively across functions and with a leadership team
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Disciplined and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Effectively operate with minimal supervision and can be relied upon to deliver on commitments effectively
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
