As a Director of Solutions Consulting at Clyde, you will drive Clyde’s future growth engine by partnering with the sales, solutions, and operations teams to design, deliver, and grow merchant programs. In this position, you will work directly with our largest merchants, helping to tailor Clyde’s offering to meet the needs of their business and customers by crafting how they take their program to market, both functionally and operationally; in addition to utilizing your experience in account strategy, coaching, and deep love of process and structure to win.

An opportunity to...

  • Be a part individual contributor, part leader as we look to rapidly scale Clyde’s business.
  • Close business with accounts of all sizes, and develop relationships with key customers.
  • Develop customer-facing collateral (e.g., presentations, demos, proposals, solution designs).
  • Ensure successful delivery of POCs and guided technical validation efforts.
  • Attract, hire, manage, coach, and develop employees to ensure solutions is a high-performing function.
  • Drive changes to ensure the team is structured effectively to provide proactive and reactive support to merchants and prospects.
  • Develop Solutions resources on technical selling skills; provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop internal knowledge base to enable team members to access key information, such as use cases, solution designs, POCs, assets, training, etc.
  • Drive customer success, sales methodology and sales success in realization of company OKRs.
  • Communicate effectively with sales, management, customers, and support staff.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of client facing experience in one or more of the following spaces (A blend is okay!):
    • Software implementation or Management Consulting (Requirements Analysis or Business Process Design)
    • Software integration
    • Business Analysis
  • 2+ years of direct management of a technical solutions team at a SaaS company
  • Proven ability to understand and transfer business processes into defined software solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and comprehension skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of customer and internal personnel
  • Tactical, creative, solutions-oriented thinker
  • Knowledge of agile and structured waterfall implementation techniques preferred
  • Experience in a start-up environment and/or warranty organization required
