Director - Portfolio Operational Delivery

The Program Manager will play a critical role within the Operations function at Bread,
working cross functionally to scope and develop strategic initiatives which will help support our growing business.
Your role at Bread
Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives
Lead program and delivery discussions, track progress, support collaboration
Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to define key requirements and identify risks
Maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders
Produce KPIs and program assessments to be shared regularly with stakeholders
Ensure all projects within the portfolio are delivered on-time and within scope
Participate in the onboarding of new project management tools and workflows
Job Requirements
7 or more years working experience in advanced program management
Experience in banking or financial services with an emphasis on technology and/or compliance programs
Familiarity with multiple project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
Ability to adapt and apply the right project management framework to support successful outcomes
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
