We’re building a world-class Operations and Insights team; one that combines highly effective processes and systems that enable efficiency and scale. We support the business with insights, analyses, and thought partnership on the most complex problems to enable growth and exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for a strong sales operations leader with the ability to identify increased opportunities for efficiencies by sourcing, evaluating and integrating new processes and tools for our sales teams. The Director, Tools & Configuration will be responsible for understanding external tools, such as Front, Twilio, Calendly, etc. and how to optimize our production team's efficiency by configuring them into our internal systems. Our ideal candidate is both entrepreneurial with the ability to innovate and lead strategic initiatives autonomously, as well as team-oriented with strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with existing and new potential vendors to identify products to integrate with out existing technology and internal systems
  • Evaluate new prototypes and oversee test pilots, partnering cross-functionally with Sales and Product Management leadership 
  • Identify process efficiencies within our current tools, introduce and manage new workflows
  • Oversee a growing team comprised of Managers and Individual Contributors

About You:

  • You have 10+ years of sales operations experience with an emphasis on product management and process improvement
