The Role:

DailyPay is looking for a Manager of Benefits to join our growing Total Rewards team as a key thought partner to develop and execute implementation of new plans for a rapidly growing organization. This role reports to our Director of Total Rewards to and will be essential to driving the company’s growth and success. As the Manager – Benefits, you will serve as a key leader in the Total Rewards team and interact regularly with the People Operations team and key business leaders. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic professional with both strategic and tactical experience.  This position is a great opportunity to make an impact and drive our compensation program philosophy and delivery.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Manage design, configuration, implementation and administration of new employee benefits programs and platforms in partnership with external consultants, People Operations, finance, technology, security, and legal department stakeholders.
  • Maintain legal and regulatory compliance of employee benefits plans
  • Manage and respond to inquiries from managers and HR Business Partners to provide analysis, information and advice
  • Manage vendor relationships including plan customizations, billing reconciliation, support requests, etc. • Act as project manager for new programs and annual enrollments
  • Continuously review and improve current employee benefit offerings
  • Manage budgeting and billing of programs

What You Bring to The Team:

  • You have 8+ years of Employee Benefits experience
  • You have experience with new benefit program implementations and conversations
  • You have experience with health & welfare and retirement programs; employee stock and equity experience a plus.
  • You have strong analytical skills; the ability to synthesize data and develop insights
  • You have the ability to work independently as well as work collaboratively
  • You have strong technical and project management skills.
  • You have excellent self-management and interpersonal skills
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
