We are looking for a curious and driven Enablement Manager to join our rapidly growing marketing team. In this role, you will play a key role in scaling our GTM organization by training new hires on the information and content needed to sell more effectively, have meaningful conversations with our prospects, as well as work with our customer facing teams to ensure we are providing helpful training on the value of latest releases and customer centric content to drive retention. This function will be integral to our Marketing, Sales, CX, and Rev Ops teams — you will be responsible for building, evolving, and evaluating our GTM enablement onboarding programs for new hires and own ongoing training and education to support our evolving product. 

This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and produce product collateral that supports acquisition and retention programs across our three audience tiers
  • Own the pitch deck and work with Sales Leadership and the broader Product Marketing team on crafting a story of value for our prospects
  • Collaborate with Sales and CX Leadership to design new hire training programs 
  • Design & produce ongoing training programs to ensure sellers are experts on the product and pitch as it evolves
  • Support new product launches to ensure sales and customer facing teams understand functionality and value drivers
  • Regularly spend time with our revenue leadership and team members to gather feedback and build new hire enablement deliverables to meet our needs as the company scales

You’ll have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an enablement role or in a similar role responsible for content across the customer journey, new hire onboarding, and ongoing training, preferably B2B SaaS, across multiple, connected audiences is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create and track metrics which demonstrate constant increases in sales productivity 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to priority tasks effectively
  • Preference for working in a highly collaborative, cross-team capacity
  • Experience in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools is a plus
  • Ability to work in a remote environment successfully (e.g. you have a space suitable for day-to-day work from home).
