How does this Position help VTS Succeed?
We are looking for a talented Engagement Specialist to join our team. This individual will work closely with our team of Engagement Managers and high-profile clients to drive platform value via end-user engagement. If you are an entrepreneurial-minded, results-driving professional looking for an opportunity to be a key player on an industry-defining team, this is for you!
What Makes This Job Awesome?
- Work closely with our Client Success experts to enable end-users to get the most out of the VTS Rise platform via curated engagement offerings
- Participate in the design and execution of engagement strategies and tools for properties and property managers to use in their buildings
- Own Go-Live activation (communication and collateral coordination) for VTS Rise
- Contribute to a scalable engagement library of content and events that property teams can access and implement
- Develop, coordinate and execute programming (e.g., events) for building occupants
- Build a scalable 'off the shelf' engagement library of content and events that property teams can access and implement
- Strategically source, select and align exclusive Perks offerings to properties
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- 1+ years in a property management, community engagement, event planning, or marketing role
- Strong desire to enable targeted results for clients
- A service-oriented ethos fueled by a positive attitude and social disposition
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and rapid-growth environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and superb capabilities with managing multiple high priority efforts simultaneously and successfully
- Meticulous attention to detail and a resourceful problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Tech-savvy
