Events Coordinator at Bluecore

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Events Coordinator to plan and coordinate events and special projects on the Marketing team. In collaboration with the Senior Events Marketing Manager and the Marketing team, the Events Coordinator will own and manage logistics for all virtual and in-person events which include trade shows, conferences, roadshows, intimate dinners, webinars, virtual roundtables, and the next evolution of the Bluecore Summit, our annual flagship event.
In addition to event planning and coordination, this person will be involved in marketing projects that will give them the opportunity to learn and gain exposure to account based marketing, B2B public relations, demand generation, and content marketing. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience managing end to end event experiences (vendor management, travel, AV, budget, staffing, etc). This person must also be well-organized with a strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for organizing memorable events.
Responsibilities
- Manage logistical timelines for 30+ virtual and in-person events per year
- Vendor management across all events for swag, printing, travel, accommodations, audio visual, food & beverage, trade show booths, direct mail pieces
- Manage landing page creation and updates in Splash
- Manage virtual event creation and execution in Hopin
- Onsite support for specific events
- Work with Demand Generation & Sr. Events Manager to manage promotional calendar & messaging
- Work with Design to create promotional materials, finalize slide decks, print materials etc.
- Coordinate Salesforce data entry for all attendee lists
- Coordinate orders of marketing swag and print materials and manage inventory levels in Reachdesk
- Book travel and accommodations for internal team, speakers, VIPs
- Assist in budget and forecast tracking for all events
- Manage corporate credit card reconciliation monthly
- Work with Finance team to track and chase vendor payments to ensure bills are paid on-time
- Own and optimize Bluecore events homepage + individual event pages

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years experience planning complex corporate events
- Experience with virtual events
- Willingness to travel to events up to 2-3 times per quarter
- Willingness to learn and be involved in other B2B marketing functions such as Public Relations, Demand Generation, Content Marketing
- Proficiency in Splash, Hopin, Reachdesk, Salesforce, Marketo a plus
