About the position:
Stellar’s Team is rapidly growing and we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our Leadership Team. Reporting to our Chief of Staff, the Executive Assistant will work with the COS to strategically manage the many growing projects and tasks of the Leadership Team, working in a dynamic environment to provide great experience in the health tech administration.
As an Executive Assistant you will:
- Report to the Chief-of-Staff, supporting her in managing the office of the CEO and duties and projects for the Leadership Team; Including but not limited to day-to-day calendar management of the CEO, occasional scheduling for other members of leadership, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Organize and schedule meetings, including the preparation and distribution of materials and agendas, travel, transportation, and hotel arrangements
- Assist the Chief of Staff with arranging presentations, conferences and events
- Function as an administrative liaison to departmental staff, other departments, external vendors and consultants.
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff to provide high-level support to the members of the Leadership Team
As an Executive Assistant you should have:
- At least 3+ years of work experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent formal education that would indicate success in this role
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Experience with standard technology tools, including productivity tools and MS Office products
- Previous experience in a high growth environment preferred

At this time, Stellar is fully remote although our NYC-based office is open for those who wish to use it.
