To continue growing, we are seeking a talented Executive/ Personal Assistant to join the team. In this role, you will work hand in hand with the CEO's Director of Special Projects to provide the CEO executive support. You will build a strong relationship with the CEO to enable him to be his most productive and fully-realized self. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a complex executive calendar, ensuring that the CEO’s schedule is aligned with his priorities and designed to support his needs
  • Enhance CEO’s performance and efficiency by anticipating his needs
  • Represent the CEO virtually by email, and in person by welcoming and providing hospitality to guests when visiting Noom headquarters
  • Arrange and manage complex travel logistics for CEO Team by developing itineraries and planning for changes
  • Complete ad-hoc projects and assignments to support the CEO Team; can be both personal and business-related
  • Act as the main point of contact for CEO with the board, executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Coordinate and build on the Executive gifting program

What We Look For:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives (Founder a plus) 
  • Team player predisposed to help and partner
  • Incredibly organized with the ability to systematically prioritize and execute
  • Calm, affable, and productive in the face of adversity and change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Strong proficiency in GoogleSuite; complex calendar management a must
  • Loves what they do and loves their job
