Cadre is on the lookout for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support and partnership to our Chief Commercial Officer and Sales team. The go-getter in this position will assist in various aspects of the Sales team’s critical functions and processes, as well as proactively manage the calendars and schedules for its senior members. This role will also develop meeting agendas, provide preparation notes, book travel arrangements, prepare the office for internal meetings, manage executive expenses, and assist with personal needs as they arise. WHAT YOU'LL DO

 

 

  • Ensure a successful day-to-day schedule and workflow for Cadre’s Chief Commercial Officer 
  • Monitor, manage and adjust calendar/schedule for the Chief Commercial Officer, including for internal and external meetings and conference calls, give reminders as required and be available for last-minute changes as needed
  •  Anticipate how to make each day as successful as possible and act accordingly (e.g., research, preparing meeting materials in advance)
  • Plan, schedule and prepare meetings and conference calls
  • Assist the Sales team with small projects as needed
  • Research, book and coordinate travel. Ensure required travel documents are in place, create itineraries, and liaise with the required parties at travel destinations. Process and report expenses
  • Provide a timely response to all internal and external emails and verbal requests related to client outreach, sales, office management, support, and project status
  • Input client information into Salesforce and develop client-related reports and outreach lists
  • Promote greater efficiency by better organizing meetings and process around meetings
