What you will be doing
Eden Health is looking for an extraordinary and highly proactive Executive Assistant to join our Clinical Team. The primary responsibility of the role is supporting Eden Health’s Associate Chief Medical Officer and VP of Clinical Operations and you will report to the Chief of Staff, Clinical.
What success looks like
- Work closely and effectively with the ACMO and the VPCO to manage their schedules and keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities while following up appropriately
- You will ensure the ACMO and the VPCO are prepared for all meetings and events and assist with the preparation of materials
- Complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach to facilitate the executive’s ability to effectively lead the Clinical team
- Provide logistical and administrative support for events across the Clinical Team and partner with other EAs on Company-wide events
- Be the go-to contact in the business for overarching needs or requests as they pertain to relevant department or company-wide initiatives
- Build cross-functional relationships between departments and coordinate with other team EAs on cross functional initiatives
- Partner with the Clinical Chief of Staff on team-wide initiatives, employee engagement, and other administrative needs across the Clinical Team
- Support ACMO’s Clinical licensing workflows
- Work flexibly and act promptly
What you will bring
- Remote first flexibility
- Willingness and ability to work East Coast hours
- 4+ years of experience providing administrative support to executives or teams
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Incredible attention to detail and commitment to flawless execution of tasks
- You are incredibly sharp, driven, and a constant learner
- Discretion and sensitivity towards confidential information
- Quick learner with the ability to quickly pick up and adapt to new technology
- Being proactive anticipating the needs of others
- Understanding of the highly flexible nature of support work and comfortability with being available as needed
- High proficiency in Google Suite applications
- You must have strong verbal and written communication skills, the highest standards of calendar, meeting management and travel planning, and have a "make the trains run on time" attitude
- Outstanding communication, writing, time management and interpersonal skills
- Pride in quality is a must
