We are an early stage startup with a group of highly motivated entrepreneurs, ambitiously building the future of visual documentation and risk assessment for construction sites. What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and schedule complex domestic and international itineraries
  • Support day to day business activities of the organization
  • Manage the general administrative support team
  • Support the leadership team with calendar management
  • Manage the invoice/payment system of our customers on Quickbooks
  • Assist and participate as needed in ad hoc activities and special projects with various departments
  • Assist with in-person marketing and branding efforts - from trade shows to client events you will assist the marketing team with planning and implementation
  • Manage Expensify for employee reimbursement

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A friendly and professional attitude with a customer service focus
  • The ability to work independently but also across teams
  • Willingness to embrace new responsibilities
  • Excellent research skills
  • High proficiency in Google Office Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) as well as Microsoft Products
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, reliability, and ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion
  • Prior startup experience

Phenomenal Team Members Have:

  • 5+ years of relative experience supporting C-Levels
  • A strong desire to exceed expectations
  • Experience with Expensify, DocuSign, Carta, Salesforce, and Quickbooks
