Yext is seeking an organized and reliable Executive Assistant to join the Product and Strategy organization providing support to the Chief Strategy Officer, SVP of Product reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. This person will help manage schedules, travel, expenses, and logistics, they will assist with communications, and help prioritize time. This person has superior organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. They must also be comfortable juggling multiple high-priority requests, interfacing with other executives, external partners, and vendors. This person must have a positive, can-do attitude, and be willing to roll up their sleeves and think outside the box.
What You'll Do
- Execute a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing expense reports, researching and executing travel plans and itineraries, preparing daily/weekly meeting agendas, posting announcements, and coordinating schedules
- Work with Legal, Finance, and Accounts Payable to process vendor contracts and purchase orders
- Coordinate internal and external team meetings, offsites, presentations, and team events
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to execute ad-hoc special projects and initiatives depending on the needs of the teams
- Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives
- Manage hectic and complex calendars
- Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
- Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
What You Have
- BA/BS degree or similar college level education
- Detail and results-oriented with an ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Excellent verbal, written, and formal presentation skills
- Passionate for your job with an interest in culture building
- Ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of staff and executives within the company
- Trustworthy with confidential information
- Proactive and self-starting; willing to jump into a variety of projects
