Role:
TpT is looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic support for the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. You will have a large cross-functional impact on the success of the company by enabling the CEO and SLT to be efficient, productive, and focused on the company’s top priorities. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and SLT, developing your skills in planning, process improvement, project management, and communication. As someone who is exposed to confidential and sensitive information at the business, you’ll be expected to operate with extremely high integrity and professionalism. You’ll report into and partner closely with the Chief of Staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars for the CEO and SLT, including day-to-day scheduling needs, company planning cycles, and board meetings
- Execute relevant administrative tasks (e.g., book travel, manage expenses, schedule facilities and equipment) for the CEO and SLT in a timely and efficient way
- Support SLT team operations, including weekly meetings and quarterly off-sites
- Support key company operations in partnership with the Chief of Staff, including monthly review meetings and quarterly and annual planning
- Manage and/or support special projects on an ad hoc basis
- Provide strategic input to the CEO and SLT on team and company operations
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of administrative experience in a high-tech environment supporting leadership
Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in order of importance - Outstanding organization and follow-up
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt and respond to evolving priorities and a proactive openness to assist wherever needed
- Ability to exhibit discretion and strong judgment
- Acute attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- CEO support experience a plus
