Executive Assistant at Checkout.com

Checkout.com is seeking a shared Executive Assistant to join their fast paced, growing and dynamic business to support several members of its leadership team. The role requires a forward thinking, tech-savvy and organised individual who has proven experience working in a similar role in an equally fast paced company.

What you will be doing:

Manage exceptionally busy and changing diaries, coordinating internal and external meetings with both internal and external stakeholders across global time zones
Work with our travel team to arrange international travel and accommodation for members of the leadership team, collecting travel documentation and preparing comprehensive trip itineraries
Ensure Leadership team bios and press materials are kept up to date
Use financial and procurement systems, raising purchase orders and processing invoices in a timely and efficient manner and manage expenses and expense approvals
Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks and project support, as directed
Work with strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters relating to the leadership team, department and wider business

About you:

5+ years experience in an EA role ideally within a Fintech, Tech or very fast paced company
Confident, resilient, reliable and collegiate
Shareholders and Investors relationship management experience would be beneficial
Team player – build effective relationships with the team and with colleagues internationally
Global mindset, understand time zones, cultural nuance and different working practices
Flexible and adaptable – a hands-on, can-do attitude is essential
Highly efficient and extremely organised
Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
Clear communicator and highly professional in your personal, telephone and email manner
Tech-savvy – proficient use of Gsuite, keynote, expensify, zoom, slack and other tools
Flexible to provide some support out of hours.
