ABOUT THE ROLE:
Are you an expert multi-tasker? Do you see issues before they arise, and know how to find ways to solve them efficiently? We are looking for a hardworking, organized, and highly efficient professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This person will support five busy members of our executive team and play a critical role in ensuring the operations of each department run seamlessly. We are a fast-paced and exciting start up! The ideal candidate will be a proactive, enthusiastic team player, who is a self-starter and a big picture thinker, with experience in supporting multiple executives.
What You'll Do
- Provide high level administrative support to five executives [Chief Product Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, SVP of Customer Success, SVP of Engineering & Head of Sales]
- Manage executive’s calendars and stay on top of their changing priorities, acting as a gatekeeper when needed
- Act as a point person for all domestic and international travel needs for the executives
- Organize and facilitate meeting agendas and assist with follow up on action items coming out of meetings
- Submit expense reports in a timely manner
- Assist each of the five executives with daily tasks and special projects
- Assist with coordination of quarterly trainings and special events
- Partner with HR / Office management and other departments, as needed for event & office management assistance

About You
- 3+ years experience providing administrative support to multiple executives
- Mentality of “no job is too small” with a positive attitude
- Ability to manage competing and ever-changing priorities
- Collaborative team player and self-starter
- Must be able to exercise confidentiality and good judgement in a variety of situations
- Superb communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- High-energy and a problem solver!
- Ability to think two steps ahead and to anticipate an executive’s needs
- Proficiency in G-Suite applications
- Bonus Points:
- Experience in event planning such as board meetings, off-sites, and social gatherings
- Prior experience in a fast paced or startup environment
