BentoBox is looking for an Executive Assistant to help manage all aspects of our CEO’s and COO’s day-to-day. The EA will relieve our CEO and COO of admin work and make sure they have what they need to lead the company. The individual in this role will have a front seat view into growing BentoBox. It’ll be a rollercoaster but an incredibly exciting one as we navigate the ins and outs of building a great company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s and COO’s schedules; defend their agendas and assist in prioritizing daily tasks like deadlines, follow-ups, and documents that need signing
- Provide administrative support by attending key meetings, prepping for board meetings, booking travel, etc
- Assist in research to guide decision-making; compile and share research in a way that is easy to understand and reference
- Write and edit copy to help answer interview questions and prep for panels
- Help with funding prep: research, pipeline maintenance, and document preparation
- Work on the semi-annual offsite: move along deliverables, facilitate special requests, and contribute/execute on last-minute ideas
- Handle occasional personal tasks during the workday (ie ordering lunch) to ensure that the executive being supported can remain laser-focused on the business
- Manage one-off initiatives and other ad-hoc projects.

Skills and Attributes
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Extreme trustworthiness when handling sensitive, confidential information
- Confidence in your abilities to make educated decisions on someone else’s behalf
- Comfort with managing up, working on projects that you might not have much background/or prior experience in
- Proficiency with G Suite is a must and Adobe Suite is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Resourceful - you have a can-do attitude and are able to think outside the box to solve problems
- Self-starter - you work efficiently and don’t need much supervision
- Quick learner - you like learning new things and pick up quickly
- Flexible - you thrive in a constantly changing environment
