Executive Assistant
Smartly is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our fast growing team! In this role you will assist the Executive Leadership Team in the US with administrative tasks and report to our Chief Revenue Officer.

As an Executive Assistant you will be the anchor to our Executive and Leadership teams including the CRO, General Counsel and Global VP of Marketing. We are seeking a highly organized professional who knows how to “get the job done.” You should have a passion for helping others succeed and be able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. We are looking for someone to take ownership, optimize the impact, and maximize learning.
As an Executive Assistant at Smartly.io you will…
- Support the Chief Revenue Officer, extended Executive and Leadership teams in the US.
- Proactively plan and coordinate Executive/Leadership Team’s work, influence how internal communication is handled, and find ways to make processes more efficient
- Support in organizing company level activities, internal events and assist in office operations
- Understand Smartly.io’s business goals, quality standards and their implications to our everyday work
- Prepare and coordinate materials and presentations, as well as take detailed meeting notes as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve existing business operations
- Support the Leadership team in various running tasks such as coordinating travel arrangements and managing calendars
- Build cooperation within different Smartly.io teams
We are looking for you if you have…
- 3+ years experience in a similar role high-growth fast paced company
- Strong business acumen and judgement, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to structure solutions to sophisticated problems
- Worked in a start-up environment (A focus on Social or Ad-tech is a plus!)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Independent and well structured working style with can-do attitude
- Extremely fast learning ability and determination to achieve goals
- Advanced Google Workspace and Microsoft Office skills - Excel (pivot tables, vlookups), Powerpoint, Word
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
