Facility Manager
We’re looking for someone who is highly organized and efficient to assist the VP of Community and Ops team with organizational duties. A familiarity with facility management would be a bonus.
As an Inventory and Supply Assistant you will:
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and be the point of contact for all maintenance requests and schedules
- Monitor and maintain pantry spaces on an ongoing basis
- Prepare, restock, and maintain throughout the day amenities including water, coffee, tea, and beer
- Maintain the supply and cleanliness of all dinnerware
- Monitor conference rooms (including ensuring that dry erase markers and whiteboard erasers are sufficiently stocked and tables, chairs, phones and whiteboards are organized and ready for use) as needed
- Ensure availability of office resources and materials; order items when needed
- Prepare spaces for the hosting of events
- Receive mail and package deliveries and put away/distribute accordingly
- Schedule pick-ups/deliveries
- Assist with ad hoc tasks from team and management
- Respond to service related emergencies as needed
- Manage set-up and break down of all onsite and offsite events
Working Hours: 7AM - 3 PM (May change depending on office needs/events)
We're looking for colleagues with:
- Self-starter: able to identify work that needs to be done and does it without required instruction
- Courteous and communicative: able to interact with, assist and exceed the expectations of members with daily and special requests
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in the use of Google Suite
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may change based on the needs of the business
- Open to taking on miscellaneous tasks and projects as they present themselves
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
