LivePerson is looking for an experienced Fundraising Coordinator to work directly with the office of the CEO. This role reports directly to the Executive Assistant coordinating the event details for FeedingNYC. This is an opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the social responsibility efforts of a fast-growing technology firm.

As this is a role that has a dual function, it will be an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys navigating ambiguity, runs towards challenges, and enjoys the dynamic nature of a fast-moving environment. 

In this role you will:

• Facilitate the organization of over 600 volunteers 
• Coordinate with major sponsors about donations and benefits packages 
• Design floor plans for events
• Work with vendors to facilitate delivery times and drop off locations 
• Plan partner meetings
• Track donations 
• Create and send email updates 
• Manage all corporate teams 
• Create plan of action for each year

You have 2-3 years experience in an executive support/event planning role. 

You are discreet, you are extremely organized, you are a problem solver who doesn’t hesitate when the opportunity presents itself to be a team player. You are an eager professional to learn the business of AI and Executive Support.  You have experience with donor relations and retention.

You are someone who is truly passionate about making a social impact in the communities where you work, live and play, you see the good in everyone and want to do your part in making this world a better place. You love people and go the extra mile to do what it takes to get the job done!

You bring the energy, passion & unbridled creativity to your projects. Attention to detail with excellent communication skills is an absolute must.
