Field Technician

Growing IT company in search of a motivated Junior/Mid-level bilingual (English / Spanish) Field Technician to join our team. Candidate will provide superb onsite and remote services to clients in New York City and northern New Jersey. We are looking for someone who has a smile on their face, is willing to learn and grow, has sound judgment and exceptional organizational and customer service skills.

Requirements :

A glue that holds everything and everyone together! Someone with an innate passion for learning, who enjoys taking on new tasks and projects, and who excels at being mindful of details in an energetic, fast-paced environment. Understanding of Spanish grammar, spelling, and writing is absolutely required.

• Experience with Active Directory, Windows Server installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Experience replacing PCs - data transfer, program installations, etc.
• Experience with networking equipment including router and firewall configuration
• Ability to manage projects, for example build small office networks from the ground up
• Ability to be on time and respond to email/phone/text promptly
• Ability to physically carry and move heavy equipment (servers, printers, etc.)
• Enthusiasm about providing quality IT services and pride in your work
