Redesign is launching a men's health business and is looking for a Field Training & Communications Director to join this rapidly growing company in its earliest stages. In this role, you will oversee the development lifecycle of our office training and communications programs, from inception to rollout. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you'll strategize with the GM, Regional Directors and other leaders to develop roadmaps that will make our office teams even more impactful and efficient. Your work will also directly support our ability to create consistently wonderful in-office experiences for each and every patient. Our ideal candidate understands how engaging communications and effective training help drive a business' success and culture.
This role is based in New York City, but you’ll travel frequently as we’re opening our doors in major cities across the country.
Your impact:
- Develop and own the roadmap for all new and existing office training programs in partnership with our Regional and CX (Customer Experience) teams.
- Support succession planning through partnership with Area Leaders and Regional Directors to facilitate leadership training of external talent, development of high potential talent, and identification and mentorship of future trainers.
- Develop SOP's and ensure compliance, while ensuring implementation of new / updated training programs deliver expected ROI.
- Establish clearly defined quality standards for all training programs. Develop and track training metrics showing the effectiveness of training in adding value to the business.
- Understand the various clinical & operational audiences at Vault to implement new creative communications strategies.
- Proactively lead concurrent communications projects.
- Initiate new strategic communication and training plans, drawing from employee surveys and other feedback.
- Be a communications advocate to leaders and departments across the organization to ensure our teams in the field are informed, invested, and inspired.
What you’ll need:
- Backed by 4+ years of experience managing retail/office communications and training programs.
- A team player who communicates well—clearly, kindly, often—within our department and across the company.
- An organizational powerhouse (your calendars and spreadsheets are color-coded masterpieces).
- Equipped with sharp-as-a-tack technical and management skills.
- A self-motivated manager who's able to lead, grow, and sustain a highly engaged team.
- Able to prioritize tasks and juggle responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficient with Google sheets and Microsoft excel.
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with the retail industry and/or healthcare space.
- A background in instructional design.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
