What You'll Do
- Ability and willingness to work with clients remotely via HIPAA compliant messaging-based and video-based therapy
- Diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders
- Maintain a full-time caseload
- Engage with and respond to all clients within a timely manner
- Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
- Test and support Direct to Employer products including our new digital EAP
- Understand therapist experience on the platform and formulate best practices to implement to improve therapist experience
- Support provider growth and development by serving as a member of the Peer Consultation Team
- Support providers through 1-on-1 and group mentorship and consultation
- Training and mentorship of new providers
- Support providers with QM issues
- Attend bi-weekly team meetings
- Document all services provided
- Attend regular meetings with Clinical Supervisor
- Attend meetings with Peer Consultation Team as indicated
- Additional duties as assigned
- Minimum of Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, other Behavioral Science
- 1 - 3 years of direct clinical experience
- Current license to practice independently without supervision
- Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy (or willingness to purchase)
- Comfortable learning new online tools and technology
- Reliable internet connection
- Flexible full-time schedule from the comfort of your home
- Connected to a supportive community that is available and willing to provide guidance and endless resources through peer-to-peer mentorship
- Provided with the necessary equipment and training to help navigate the platform (including access to Talkspace University and additional virtual resources)
