* Be part of a launching team and execute market-entry strategies in record time.
* First person on the ground - acquire, retain and build first user base.
* Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing your team.
* Manage key relationships with with external partners and close potential business deals.
* Set up efficient and scalable business processes in your market.
* Conduct performance analysis and identify opportunities for improvements across all functions.
* Communicating product/process needs to HQ, while working with our Product and Engineering teams to deliver on them.
* Iterating/sharing best practices.

Profile

* Have demonstrated outstanding achievements in entrepreneurship, leadership or academia
* Growth mindset, coachable
* At least one internship in high-performance environment (consulting, investment banking, startup)
* Outstanding communication skills and willingness to get your hands dirty
* 100% humble, 100% motivated, 100% team-player
* High adaptability to change (including location) and ability to execute quickly
* Go-getter mentality and a hustler — you know how to take ownership and execute.
* US Citizenship or legal permit to work in the US with a global mindset
* Able to start ASAP
