THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Global Senior Manager of Digital Partnerships to our Global Partnerships team in Brazil

YOUR IMPACT

There is a huge digital ecosystem around Gympass marketplace sides (i.e. systems providers) where we should integrate with to boost and extend our value proposition, and Digital Partnerships function plays a key role to integrate this digital ecosystem.
The Global Manager of Digital Partnerships focuses on ensuring the systems integration with Gympass’ digital ecosystem for both Partners (i.e. CMS, GymERP) and Clients (i.e. HRIS, payroll systems), orchestrating local Partner and Client Sales/ Success teams (PoCs) to thrive in local digital partnerships for their regions.
This position reports to the Global Director of Digital Partnerships and will work closely with Product,  Professional Services, Technical Sales, and Partner and Client Success teams to ensure all digital ecosystem integrations align with Gympass’ strategy.
There are four key dimensions where Global Digital Partnerships Manager is expected to excel to lead this function to the next level:

  • Support the implementation of Gympass digital partnerships strategy and success levers to integrate our digital ecosystem for both Partners (i.e. CMS, GymERP) and Clients (i.e. HRIS, payroll systems);
  • Ensure Digital Partnerships assets in place (i.e. ceremonies, processes, policies and key-artifacts) and provide analytical insights to support the strategy execution through the success levers;
  • Orchestrate local digital partnerships teams to integrate our digital ecosystem for Partners (i.e. CMS, GymERP) and Clients (i.e. HRIS, payroll systems)
  • Work closely with Tech Sales, Professional Services, and Product to enhance technical integration capabilities, delivering the best developers experience to our digital partners.

To be able to support these dimensions, this role requires proven leadership/interpersonal skills, ability to manage different stakeholders and tasks,  clear communication, enhanced business sense, and problem-solving/ analytical skills

WHO YOU ARE

  • Ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders by leading periodical routine meetings with local teams in order to track the status of current integrations, prioritize future integrations aligned to the overarching strategy, identify both commercial and technical blockers and drive actions to remove impediments;
  • Analytical horsepower and ability to work with large sets of data in order to drive insights that leads to optimal business decisions (experience using SQL and Tableau is a plus);
  • Exemplary writing and verbal communication skills, being comfortable to communicate business and technical concepts to relevant internal and external stakeholders at all management levels;
  • Strong business sense and fantastic problem-solving abilities in order to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements;
  • Enhanced practicality to prioritize what really matters for the business and willingness to do whatever it takes to get things done;
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) best practices and ability to identify new opportunities for Digital Partnerships management and reporting (experience using Salesforce is a plus), leveraging regional teams to manage their local Digital Partnerships life-cycle;
  • High-level understanding of the basic SaaS model and technical integrations, including:
  • An understanding of technical integrations, being able to read, understand, and digest digital partners APIs, and be able to quickly visualize how integration can be built and which business value can be extracted.
  • An understanding of the commercial agreement, contract negotiation, and legal terms, especially as they pertain to technical integration access and pricing.
