The Go-To-Market organization has a growing Tech Stack that needs to be optimally utilized. To maximize our return on investment, the Go-To-Market Systems trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training to drive adoption and usage of current and new GTM technology platforms and collaboration tools, while also determining the effectiveness and impact of the tools we use on our business KPIs. This role will be crucial to the success of the GTM Enablement Team by ensuring our new and existing employees are utilizing our systems to their highest potential. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for evaluating the state of Movable Ink’s current GTM tech stack and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Liaise with the GTM organization to better understand what current technology gaps exist, and where technology could help improve business processes - make formal recommendations to the CRO about any new technology needs or changes 
  • Liaise with internal procurement and systems teams on technology changes and new technologies 
  • Responsible for mapping out the long term GTM tech stack requirements 
  • Build, design, and execute a full curriculum of training programs for sales teams to optimize the sales technology ecosystem
  • Ensure that the Go-To-Market team is maximizing the advantages of the systems by coaching, mentoring, and providing consistent feedback on how to best take advantage of its resources in order to contribute to continued professional development
  • Create certifications to ensure learners have completed the necessary training
  • Promote adoption of system best practices across departments
  • Participate and lead system reviews, user acceptance testing, and maintain business documentation
  • Evaluate new releases of applications to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users
  • Support the rollout of new sales technologies across the global sales organization and improve the standardization of operations and practices

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years in a training and development role, ideally systems focused
  • Experience creating digital learning content that delivers outcomes
  • Experience with some GTM technology platforms such as Gong.io, Salesforce, Gainsight, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and HighSpot
  • Ability to facilitate training, while offering “on-the-spot” coaching
  • Able to balance multiple projects and deliverables
  • Metrics focused mindset
