The Role

Central Growth is comprised of eight teams that are responsible for making sure we sustain WeWork’s exponential growth by focusing on the value propositions, product offerings, and member experiences and touch-points that matter most. We work closely with our sales and marketing teams, along with a broader set of cross-functional partners to test, incubate, and scale our ideas.

Reporting into the Global Head of Growth Operations, we are looking for a passionate and hardworking Director of Business Systems to spearhead all Global Sales System initiatives. This role will be responsible for enabling Sales to improve performance and operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Represent all Salesforce users in the Global Growth organization in defining the product and feature roadmap

  • Project-manage stakeholder requests, centralized initiatives and in-flight developments

  • Continue to develop and iterate on processes and communication for global stakeholder management

  • Identify meaningful opportunities in improving the efficiency of salesforce related business processes and scoping initiative with the Technology team

  • Gather stakeholder business requirements, define roadmap deliverables, and work with global tech and operations teams to develop and release solutions that improve the sales experience 

  • Develop and conduct training for global business process development and workflows, at times in partnership with the Sales Enablement team

  • Lead vendor partnership process with multi-functional stakeholders from identification to training of users

  • Lead a global team of 8 business system Leads and Analysts

  • Continued learning of best-in-class processes and tools

  • Travel required 10% of the time

Job Requirements

  • Degree in business, project management or information system

  • +8 years related experience with global public company

  • Experience with Salesforce

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including extensive experience in project management

  • Experience in training and driving user adoption is a plus

Location

Our headquarters in NYC sits in Chelsea, but our growing tech team works from our SoHo, Chelsea, and Greenwich Village offices.
