What you will be doing
As a Director for Clinical Quality at Eden Health, you will help set the gold standard for primary care. In this role, you will track and report on industry-standard primary care metrics (HEDIS, NQF), and build and execute innovative strategies to drive best-in-class population health outcomes. As a forward-thinking healthcare leader, you will also build and execute Eden Health’s vision to identify and monitor measures of success that matter to patients. You will provide oversight of service quality and patient satisfaction across all aspects of care delivery. This role can be based out of New York City with a flexible, hybrid schedule, or 100% remote. You will report directly to the Medical Director, Care Transformation.
What success looks like
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve patient outcomes in partnership with senior leaders, payors, employers, and other stakeholders
- Operationalize the collection and monitoring of innovative measures of success, including PROs, NPS, trust, and engagement
- Assure continuous recognition and compliance with patient-centered medical home standards
- Establish and optimize processes to integrate actionable quality metrics into provider care delivery and navigation workflows
- Support clinical team leaders in regular measurement of performance standards through creation of quality reports and dashboards
- Support product or programs teams on initiatives impacting clinical quality or population health as a subject matter expert
- Embody Eden Health service philosophy in team management and daily tasks
What you will bring
- Master’s degree in a relevant subject area like Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration
- Direct clinical experience welcomed (BSN, MSN, PA, MD, DO) but not required
- Clinical leader with 7+ years experience building, growing, and leading clinical quality or population health teams on a regional or national level
- Commitment to creating outstanding patient experiences and improving patient health
- Strong written communication and presentation skills with ability to present information to large or small groups
