Who you are:

You are a former or current management consultant looking for a senior role that is squarely at the intersection of strategy, operations and technology at a young and extremely fast-growing healthcare organization. If you’re hungry and looking to be coached and stretched professionally, then this may be the role for you.

What you will be doing:

Reporting directly to our President, you will be his right hand in the development and execution of new strategies to support our rapid growth and expansion. The person in this role will have a broad role on the leadership team allowing for a solid understanding of how an organization innovates and delivers end-to-end.

What you need:

• Solid management consulting skills are preferable with a background at a firm like Deloitte, Accenture, BCG, McKinsey, Strategy&, E&Y, KPMG, etc.
• Background in the healthcare industry is a must – preferably across payer, provider or PBM organizations
• Excellent project management, client-facing, presentation creation and delivery, and an extremely strong focus on execution are critical requirements of this role.
• Additional key skills include critical thinking, clarity of thought and communication (verbal and written) and process orientation.
