What you will do:
- be the technical expert, ready to provide solutions to solve complex problems coming from clients (internal and external);
- manage both Technical Account Managers and Technical Solutions Engineer teams in New York;
- focus on setting goals, team management, development' skills and maintaining a positive culture through leading by example;
- play a key role in deciding team’ structure, possible promotions and hiring needs;
- frequent contact with the commercial team to align expectations and shed light on doubts and problems;
- constantly defy the status quo and challenge the team to come up with solutions to an array of different problems.
- deep experience in digital advertising, e-commerce or similar marketing experience;
- experience managing and building a team;
- strong analytical skills;
- ability to solve problems efficiently and independently;
- experience in the digital marketing and online advertising industry preferred;
- knowledge in InApp environment is a big plus;
- excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
