nTopology is hiring for a Helpdesk Technician. The nTopology IT team is looking for an entry level Helpdesk Technician to provide Tier I remote and onsite support for our rapidly growing start-up. We work in a predominantly Windows environment that encourages a culture of self-service for our end-users. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is just embarking upon their career and is eager for the growth that comes with working in a cutting-edge and quickly expanding company!

This role reports to the IT Manager.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of all systems hardware and software. 
  • Field helpdesk requests 
  • Provide excellent customer service and work to eliminate any IT-related blockers that can hinder teams from completing their tasks.
  • License acquisition, tracking and management 
  • User account management and access tracking 
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding 
  • Handle logistics necessary to support remote users and external conferences and events (including packing, shipping and tracking domestic and international shipments)

Who You Are:

  • Previous helpdesk experience or customer support roles 
  • Experience working in a Windows environment Familiarity with minor laptop and desktop hardware repairs Good problem solving skills and the ability to discover creative solutions for unique problems Great communication skills are a must!

It's a Plus If You Also Got These:

  • Experiencing building custom desktop computers 
  • Linux experience
