At Namely, we're hiring an Implementation Consultant to guide the implementation of the Namely HR platform for our new clients. As the Implementation Consultant, you will lead the full implementation of all purchased features for each of your clients (features which may include Namely Payroll, Namely Benefits and/or Namely ACA). In doing so, you will partner closely with Payroll Consultants and Benefits Administration Consultants, subject matter experts (SMEs) on their respective platforms, to ensure all client questions and concerns regarding HR, payroll, and benefits are answered.

This position reports to a Manager on the Implementation team.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship of all clients assigned and is the point of contact for HR, Payroll and Benefits questions.
• Ensure on-time and accurate implementations, every time
• Project manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
• Implement, configure, and consult around our HR platform, which includes but is not limited to Performance Management, Workflows, Onboarding, Roles & Permissions and PTO
• Achieve targets while providing oversight to team members responsible for Payroll and Benefits implementation for assigned clients
• Engage closely with the client, their consultants, and other internal departments, to ensure full-scope of implementation is understood through our Discovery Questionnaire and prepares a project plan to track process and ensure all deliverables are met
• Manage client expectations – never over-commit and under-deliver
• Analyze our client's’ business needs to identify optimal configuration of all of the features included in Namely HR
• Serve as client advocate within Namely to resolve any concerns that may detract from an optimal client experience
• Effectively transition clients to the Client Success team for ongoing support after implementations are completed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Previous HR industry or HR technology experience (in house HR, HR consulting, outsourced HR, HRIS or HR point-solution implementation or client support, etc) required
• Payroll and/or benefits experience preferred
• 3-5 years client management experience and experience handling several clients and projects at once with a gift for tracking details, expectation setting, strong organization and time management skills
• Previous experience implementing new clients onto a platform or software
• Strong teammate who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while handling multiple priorities
• Strong written and oral communication
• Proven ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationship skills. Focused on finding a solution because there is always a way to get it done!
