Your Impact on our Mission:
Integration Support Specialists plan, develop, and execute on integration projects with our enterprise level clients and teams across Zocdoc. Integration Support Specialists coordinate technical workstreams across multiple internal teams and client stakeholders and ensure a high quality technical onboarding and support experience for our enterprise clients. They are also the frontline defenders of our most complex and important integrations, working with engineers, specialists in our Pune office, and external clients to maintain the health of our enterprise synchronizations. Their goal is to troubleshoot and investigate errors to ensure 24/7 uptime for our health system providers, and to complete small implementations for our enterprise clients.
What You’ll Do…
- Monitor our Health System integrations for errors and downtime, communicate with technical points of contact for our enterprise clients to ensure a speedy resolution.
- Escalate critical integration issues to our sync engineers.
- Function as primary technical point of contact for scheduling and other integrations for Health Systems and large enterprise clients.
- Perform small implementations for new clients.
- Respond to internal and external requests including client add-ons, audits, and consultations.
- Create and maintain documentation in our knowledge base. Update and make corrections to Confluence pages when appropriate.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- Proficiency in Windows environments.
- Networking/VPN troubleshooting.
- Technical troubleshooting skills, with a strong track record of correctly identifying and understanding tricky technical issues.
- Experience with API technologies (Rest, JSON, etc..) preferred but not required
- Proven success at building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
