Responsibilities:
- Design and build integrations between Workday and various internal and external systems using Workday technologies including Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, etc...
- Build Reports such as complex advanced, matrix, trending, composite reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, design and implement solutions, conduct testing, and ensure successful release and user adoption
- Develop Workday integrations between new or existing systems, both internal and external
- Recommend improvement opportunities and continuously innovate across the Workday platform
- Serve as the integrations lead for all Workday upgrades, improvements, implementations, and releases
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Workday integration development and support experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, and Cloud Connectors, Document Transformation
- Expertise in data transformation languages including XSLT, XTT/ETV
- Well-versed in agile development methodologies including SCRUM best practices
- Adapt to change effectively always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications
- Understanding of system architecture components in a multi-tier, multi-platform systems
- Ability to tell a story with data to deliver useful insights to the business
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and a functional understanding of core HR business terminology and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
