In the Integrations Manager role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients are successful in integrating Bread’s technologies and APIs anywhere in their customers’ shopping journey. Integration Managers play a crucial role in setting up the long term success of Bread’s relationship with its SMB, mid market, and enterprise merchants by helping them realize value efficiently. You will work with external and internal stakeholders to deliver excellent technical integrations and onboarding experiences for Bread merchants.

Your role at Bread

  • Provide technical guidance and support to merchant technical teams integrating Bread’s products and services
  • Be an expert on Bread’s platform capabilities, APIs, and the integration pathways with Bread as well as on top Technology Platforms (Commerce, CRM, & ERP) 
  • Identify common issues and pitfalls that merchants face and work with the Solutions Engineering and Relationship Management teams to address these challenges through improvements to our products, documentation, and/or processes.
  • Be a critical feedback funnel to Product & Engineering on opportunities to improve our core product  capabilities based on common pain points or feature requests of clients
  • Aide clients in effective implementation of Bread both in terms of technical support, QA, and overall project management.

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of technical implementation, onboarding, solutions consulting, technical project / account management, or related experience
  • 2+ years of experience within the retail vertical, payments platforms, or commerce eco-systems
  • Strong understanding of API’s, and ability to read and internalize technical documentation
  • Exceptional project management, attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to quickly context switch across projects. 
  • Be comfortable talking about technical concepts and explaining how they work, both from a product feature and API architecture perspective to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.)
  • Prior programming experience, and familiarity with web debugging tools (e.g. Chrome Dev Tools)
  • Experience writing content and making contributions to internal and external technical documentation
