Principal Duties:

Shipping & Receiving

• Verifying of package contents crossed referenced with shipping list
• Preparation and packaging of equipment for remote operations
• Receiving of packages and equipment 

Asset Management

• Inventory and organization of current equipment
• Inventory and organization of acquired equipment
• Data entry of asset tags and serial number into inventory system

Inventory

• Inventory and stock proper levels of equipment, media and tools
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

 Requirements: 

• Familiarity with UPS, FedEX, USPS, SOS and other logistics carriers
• Familiarity with TSA and shipping policies of specialized or hazardous equipment
• Familiarity with customs and international shipping regulations and tariffs
• Extremely strong communication skills required
• Experience in working in facilities requiring time sensitive shipping and receiving needs
• Must be highly organized
• Ability to lift and handle at least 50lbs
• Ability to walk long distances, remain on your feet for extended periods of time, kneel and crawl
• Ability to work holidays
