Inventory Coordinator
CardFlight is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our NYC office. The coordinator will own the tracking, coordinating and packaging processes for our card readers. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing startup and have a big impact on the company. The coordinator will start at 20 hours per week with the opportunity to work additional hours.
The Inventory Coordinator will report to the Senior Director of Finance and Strategy.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinating (50%)
- Receive all shipments of readers
- Re-package readers to ensure the safety of the product
- Ship packages through FedEx, USPS and UPS
Tracking (50%)
- Maintain and update the inventory tracker
- Properly and accurately process readers

What We’d Love for You to Have:
- Experience managing and packing inventory or handling other logistics
- Bachelor’s degree
This is a part time position and not benefits eligible.
