IT Administrator

Paperless Post, the leading design-focused digital invitations platform, is looking for an IT Administrator to help us grow and maintain our IT infrastructure. In this role, the IT Administrator will provide services that will enable our team to be happy and productive. This includes support for macOS and Windows computers, office networking, VoIP, etc.

The IT team is tight-knit, fun, and well-respected, and you will have opportunities for learning and growth in a variety of disciplines!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support services for macOS and Windows computers.
  • Maintain and provision IT assets such as laptops, mobile devices, etc.
  • Manage phones and phone lines (hardware as well as VoIP/hosted-PBX).
  • Maintain and manage audiovisual equipment and video conferencing software (Highfive/Crestron).
  • Provide support for G Suite for Business.
  • Provide support during company meetings and town halls.
  • Manage hardware and software assets via an asset management solution.
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships for IT and Office-related equipment/services.
  • Upgrade office equipment, hardware, software as needed.
  • Onboard/offboard employees.
  • Provide assistance on IT security and compliance-related tasks.
  • Daily monitoring of IT support and operations tickets.
  • Administer/maintain file server and file sharing services.
  • Support office networking (network rack, cabling, ISPs, switches, wireless controllers, routers, firewalls, and SAN).
  • Plan and execute IT and Office Operations related projects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding, off-boarding, town hall meetings, etc.
  • Provide support for office facilities such as on-site security/CCTV system and related hardware, and other office facilities-related items.
  • Document all aspects of IT infrastructure.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Familiar with agile and scrum methodology.
  • Some troubleshooting or support experience (hardware, software, network, VoIP, A/V, etc).
